1 General Terms & Conditions

Krykia's Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and features on the platform. They form a legally binding agreement between Krykia and you ("the User"). By accessing Krykia's website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the English version shall prevail. Krykia reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Account Verification (KYC)

3 Betting Rules

Under Krykia's Terms and Conditions, all bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled — unless officially voided by Krykia. Users of the cashout feature may close their bet at a chosen time, though this feature may not always be available.

If a Match is Cancelled or Incomplete

• If a match does not start, the bet will be voided and the full stake refunded.
• If a cricket match is interrupted by rain, the result will be determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method.
• For football, if less than 90 minutes are played, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If the venue changes, Krykia will determine whether existing bets stand or are voided.

4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Under Krykia's Terms & Conditions, all financial transactions are conducted through fully secure, encrypted channels. Deposits and withdrawals are currently available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and direct bank transfer.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 BDT.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Only use your own mobile banking or bank account when making deposits.
• Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Once KYC verification is complete, processing typically takes 15–30 minutes.
• Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳2,00,000.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000 BDT. 10x wagering requirement applies.

• Cashback: Get up to 10% cashback on net weekly losses. VIP members receive a higher rate.
• Free Bet: Free bet offers on selected matches. Winnings from free bets are withdrawable, but the original stake amount is not.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend to Krykia and you'll both receive a bonus. The reward activates once the referred friend makes a deposit.

Bonus funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met. If the requirement is not fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates Krykia's Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or under someone else's identity.
• Using bonuses solely for withdrawal purposes (bonus abuse).
• Using arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Match-fixing or use of insider information.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyberattack.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Krykia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without providing a reason. Accounts are typically suspended or closed for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within the Terms and Conditions.
• KYC verification failed or documents found to be fraudulent.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Court orders or directives from law enforcement authorities.
• Self-exclusion request (at the user's own request).

If an account is legitimately closed, any verified balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, bonus-related balances may be forfeited.
